Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing or using the 497 platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. They apply to 497's website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services.
You must be at least 18 years old, and using this type of platform must be legal in your area of residence. If you violate these terms, 497 reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access at any time.
497 may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the site after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on 497. Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately.
- 497 may request documentation to verify the information provided at registration.
- Any account created with false information will be terminated.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must act honestly and in accordance with the law while using the 497 platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Interfering with the platform's systems or software without authorization.
- Using fraud, deception, or unauthorized automated tools.
- Using the account for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Operating an account on behalf of or in support of a minor.
Any involvement in the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 497 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported methods for deposits and withdrawals are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposit: A minimum deposit of ৳100 can be made using any supported method. Deposits are generally processed instantly.
- Withdrawal: Once identity verification is complete, withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
- Refund Policy: If a technical error results in an overpayment on a deposit, a refund will be issued subject to verification. Refunds do not apply to standard wins or losses.
- Currency Conversion: All transactions are processed in BDT; foreign currency transactions are not supported.
If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, 497 may place a hold on the payment until verification is complete.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

497 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 497 is not directly liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, network issues, or unauthorized third-party interference. Users place bets and play games at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for wins and losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 497 platform—including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics—is protected by 497's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual property related to third-party games or content remains with the respective provider.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
497 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violating the terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
- Use of a false identity or forged documents.
- Extended period of inactivity (after the defined timeframe).
- Request from legal authorities or court order.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded, subject to verification.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
497 may amend these terms at any time as needed. Users will be notified of any significant changes where possible. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in a competent court of Bangladesh.
Third-Party Relationships & General Provisions
The 497 platform may include services from third-party game providers, payment processors, or other partners. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, for which 497 is not responsible.
497 is not responsible for the content or policies of any external sites linked from the platform. Users visit external sites at their own discretion.
